We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protection Agent to join our security team. Executive Protection: Provide close protection to high-profile individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. This involves discreet observation, anticipation of potential threats, and immediate response to security breaches.
Security Operations: Implement and maintain security protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This includes access control, surveillance monitoring, and incident reporting.
Emergency Response: Respond effectively to security incidents, utilizing tactical skills and emergency procedures to neutralize threats and protect personnel.
Investigation and Reporting: Conduct investigations into security breaches, compiling detailed reports and making recommendations for improved security measures.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs, maintaining proficiency in security techniques, self-defense, and emergency response procedures.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and client personnel to ensure seamless security operations. Maintain clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
Physical Fitness and Weapon Proficiency: Maintain a high level of physical fitness and proficiency in the use of firearms and other security equipment, as required. This will include regular training and certification maintenance.
