Job Description
• Bachelors degree holder
• With at least 10 years of experience in General HR (Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, Employee relations, Labor standards, HR strategies and initiatives, labor standards)
• With at least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
• With strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Up to date with an understanding of industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits.
• People oriented and results -driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along
