Job Description
is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. The HR Supervisor will play a vital role in managing and administering various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.
Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Training and Development:
Identify training and development needs for employees.
Develop and implement training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Support employee career development.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, including performance reviews and goal setting.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management.
Track employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
HR Team Supervision:
Supervise and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Conduct performance evaluations for HR team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
Identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
