Job Description

Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer retention, and sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer insights to create impactful campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with key brand messages and business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement marketing strategies across various platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize initiatives for maximum effectiveness.
Present marketing plans, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Brand Management & Business Development
Oversee the annual brand budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Manage and refine key business processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Develop and implement retail merchandising initiatives, including promotions and packaging requirements.
Build strategic partnerships and participate in events to drive brand and category growth.
Work closely with store teams to deploy marketing initiatives and address brand challenges.
Collaborate with the Digital Manager to define and manage digital and social media strategies.
Membership & Loyalty Marketing
Develop and implement loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Drive new member acquisition through targeted marketing strategies.
Utilize customer insights and data analysis to optimize engagement and retention efforts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales Growth: Increase in revenue driven by marketing initiatives.
Campaign Performance: On-time execution, ROI, and conversion rate improvements.
Digital Engagement: Growth in website traffic, social media reach, and e-commerce sales.
Membership Growth: Increase in new loyalty members and repeat purchase rates.
Brand Sentiment: Positive shifts in customer perception and online reviews.
Budget Management: Effective allocation and utilization of marketing resources.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from internal and external partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, retail, or sales.
Proficiency in business software applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary:
