Job Description

The Digital and Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and oversee all communication efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s e-commerce and q-comm, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and driving online and in-app sales, managing the company’s online platforms, social media, content creation, and
public relations.

Digital Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media,
website, email marketing, paid advertising).
• Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
E-commerce and Q-Comm Management
• Oversee the e-commerce and q-comm sales performance
• Analyze e-commerce data to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and boost online sales.
• Create promotions for the online platforms to boost sales (double-double, payday etc.)
Social Media Management
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow the company’s online presence and engagement.
• Create and manage a content calendar for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Track social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.
Content Creation and Management
• Lead content planning and creation for the company’s digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with the company's voice and message across all content.
• Collaborate with the creative team for visual assets such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
Public Relations and Communications
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners.
• Create press releases, media kits, and manage communication during public events or product launches.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, and/or
communications.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce websites.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Experience with website management platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneousl
