Job Description
IT Technical Support
Location: Cebu (Consolacion)
Schedule: Work schedule – 9.5 hours, rotational, DC is 24/7
Set up: Onsite reporting, but they allow Occasional Remote Work
Salary: 30,000 - 45,000
Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in Technical Support
With basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting
With good communication skills
With knowledge on windows server, batch scripting
With basic sql knowledge (a plus)
