Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with relevant experience in overseeing and improving accounting operations. This role will focus on leading and optimizing financial processes, including invoicing, liquidation, and fund request procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Oversee and improve invoicing, liquidation, and fund request processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Review financial documents and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for compliance and reporting.
• Implement best practices to streamline accounting workflows.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
• CPA certification preferred (or relevant accounting experience).
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, liquidation, and fund request processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and improve existing processes.
