Job Description
Location: BGC (Bonifacio Global City)
Work Setup: Onsite, 6 days a week
Our client is looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to take on the Accounting Manager role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid accounting experience who’s ready to step into a leadership position!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax filings
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
- Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best accounting practices
Qualifications:
- CPA Required
- Proven experience in accounting (supervisory experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
