Job Description
Prepare accurate Sales forecasts
Manage and train members of the Sales team
Coordinate seamlessly with other functional Heads in ensuring end-to-end customer satisfaction
Develop and cultivate business partnerships with the customers
Represent the Company well in industry circles
Recommend and implement business-building programs to grow the business further
Ensure that Sales operating expenses are well-monitored and within approved budget
Job Profile:
Male of Female
35-45 years old
At least 10 years experience in managerial role
Demonstrated leadership/mentoring skills
Track record in achieving objectives
Familiar with Key Accounts & General Trade operations
Able to drive
Willing to travel outside of Metro Manila
Adept in preparing Sales Forecasts by line item
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Can prepare and deliver business presentations
Works well with other departments of the Company
