E-commerce Operations Supervisor

The e-commerce operations supervisor is tasked with helping our operations team manage the daily flow of orders, updates, movement of inventory, picking and packing, returns, and more. Our e-commerce operations supervisor will be responsible for:
• Daily Managing and Monitoring Team KPIs
o Inbound and Putaway metrics
o Outbound metrics
o Overall team performance
• Oversee the receiving and organizing of products in the warehouse (stacking and racking) of inbounded merchandise.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Lead inspecting customer returns and exchanges to be put back in inventory.
• Resolve issues involving inventory discrepancies and order problems
o Monitor OMS and WMS for irregularities and work with the vendor(s) to achieve resolution(specifically backend root cause identification of order failure(s), not front-end customer transactions)
• Performing other duties and ad hoc projects assigned by leadership.

Required qualifications:
• At least 6 months experience working with OMS and WMS (Ginee, Unicommerce, Anchanto, or similar OMS/WMS Platforms.)
• At least 6 months experience managing a team of individual contributors.
• At least 6 months experience in leading and managing on-site resources (site supervision).
• Strong understanding of Shopee, Tiktok and Lazada e-Commerce Platforms
• Intermediate understanding of G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
o Excel/Sheets: Pivot Tables, Charts, vlookup and other basic calculation commands.

Location:
This role will be permanent/full-time and will be on-site at our office/warehouse in Caloocan.
