Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Help resolve user issues via in-app tickets/email and chat efficiently and accurately
Navigate different users by making use of established SOPs; you will raise gaps and missing process steps when you find them
Communicate effectively and professionally in your interactions with users

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Good English communication skills
Familiar with social media platforms and other mobile/video-editing applications
Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Salary:
₱21,000.00 Monthly
