RPA Developer Lead

Overview

The Senior Specialist, Automation role is responsible for managing the project pipeline, supervising developers, and designing/developing RPA Bot/Automation deployments. This position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and optimize RPA solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Robotic Process Automation:
Build and implement RPA and optimization solutions for business processes.
Assist in designing, developing, and implementing bot software, including coding, testing, release, and deployment.
Participate in UAT activities with end-users.
Maintain existing bots and support enhancements and issues.
Manage a team of IT vendors to achieve desired outcomes.

IT Business Analysis:
Support discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and formulate user requirements for RPA.
Partner with enterprise architects to develop technology enablement business capability roadmaps.
Assist in building proposals and business cases.
Support requirements analysis and formulate specifications for impacted systems.
Participate in evaluating and testing hardware and software platforms.
Ensure alignment and coordination across operations for seamless RPA process implementation.

IT Project Management:
Assist in executing RPA projects according to project management methodologies.
Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of projects.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python with extensive hands-on experience.
Familiarity with document processing in Python (e.g., Excel, PDF, PowerPoint).
Full-stack development skills with proficiency in Bootstrap, jQuery, RESTful APIs, and database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA Bot/Automation deployments.
Familiarity with Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
Experience working in Agile environments.
