Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of an Electrical Engineering course
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
- Willing to render overtime when needed
- Experienced in project management
- At least 2 years’ experience.
- Familiar in CAD
- Familiar with Auxiliary Building Systems such as Fire Alarm Systems, Intercom Systems, CCTV Systems

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm System) and intercom projects
- Prepare project schedules, technical documentation, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of FDAS and intercom systems
- Provide technical support and solutions for system issues or modifications
