Job Description

An Admin Assistant assists in managing office tasks, handling customer service inquiries, maintaining records, and helping with various organizational needs.

Below are the typical responsibilities of an Admin Assistant:
Daily Operations: Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, directing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Filing and Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files, ensuring records are up to date, including employee records, inventory logs, and sales reports.
Correspondence Management: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages, and ensuring that communication is handled efficiently.
Data Entry: Inputting data into spreadsheets, databases, or retail management systems, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, sales, and customer information.

Communication and Coordination
Internal Communication: Facilitating communication between different departments (e.g., sales, marketing, inventory) to ensure smooth operations.
Vendor Coordination: Acting as a point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and other external parties, ensuring orders and deliveries are processed on time.
Event Support: Helping coordinate events, promotions, and store activities, including organizing logistics, communication, and customer outreach.

Financial and Budgeting Support
Invoice Processing: Assisting with invoicing, ensuring bills and payments are processed on time, and maintaining records of financial transactions.
Expense Tracking: Helping track office and store expenses, maintaining budgets for various departments, and assisting in preparing financial reports.
Petty Cash Management: Keeping track of petty cash and ensuring that it is used appropriately for office or store-related expenses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any Business course
with related work experience
