Job Description
Salary: Php 100K-120K
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Saturday half-day
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
• Ensure company sales targets are met nationwide.
• Work with senior management to set revenue and sales goals.
• Lead the sales team, oversee performance, and propose reward programs.
• Develop and implement a sales training program.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide training.
Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business
✔️ At least 3 years of FMCG experience
✔️ 5+ years in a managerial role
✔️ Fluent in English and Chinese
