Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Makati

Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to achieve sales targets, cultivate strong client relationships, and represent our company with professionalism and expertise. The ideal candidate will have technical sales experience, a passion for lead generation, and a customer-centric approach to business.

Key Responsibilities
Meet annual sales objectives, secure new client accounts, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Develop in-depth technical knowledge of company products to deliver effective presentations and demonstrations.
Maintain an up-to-date database of customers and sales records.
Actively participate in trade exhibits, conferences, and product launches to promote the company’s offerings.
Collaborate with customers to address project concerns, resolve issues, and manage collections.
Identify business opportunities and challenges, providing valuable input for strategic planning.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports.
Represent the company positively, ensuring a strong brand image.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields (non-board passers are welcome).
1–5 years of sales experience, especially in ELV/Auxiliary Systems, is preferred.
Proven expertise in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Strong knowledge of modern marketing strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of self-motivation.
Fluent in English and persuasive in professional conversations.
