Job Description
This role focuses on driving sales growth and team leadership:
Achieve Sales Targets: The individual is accountable for meeting sales goals across all regions, working with senior management to set realistic targets.
Lead the Sales Team: This includes:
-Team Management: Hiring, performance reviews, rewards, and training.
-Sales Training: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
-Sales Meetings: Conducting regular meetings to provide updates, training, and motivation.
-Market Management: Supply & Demand: Ensuring adequate product availability and competitive pricing.
-Channel Management: Working with distributors and dealers to improve product visibility, knowledge, and business strategies.
-Marketing & Branding: Marketing Activities: Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote CBY products.
-Brand Consistency: Maintaining a consistent brand image across all platforms.
-Market Expansion: Identifying and exploring new market opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of any Business Course
-At least 3 solid years in FMCG
-At least 5 years as a manager
-Speaks English and Chinese
Salary: 100,000-120,000
