Quzlity Control Analyst (Caloocan)

A quality control (QC) analyst ensures that a company's products meet standards and are safe to use. They perform tests, analyze data, and write reports to document their findings. QC analysts work in many industries, including manufacturing, gene therapy, and petrochemicals.
Responsibilities
Test products: Perform tests on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and environmental samples
Analyze data: Compare test results to specifications and control limits
Identify problems: Find defects, malfunctions, or discrepancies in products
Recommend solutions: Propose corrective actions to improve quality
Write reports: Create technical reports, deviation reports, and testing protocols
Maintain equipment: Calibrate, validate, or repair laboratory equipment
Train others: Teach other analysts how to perform laboratory procedures
Collaborate with others: Work with production teams to address potential defects
Stay current: Keep up with industry standards and customer expectations
