About Us:
• We are a leading packaging manufacturing company in Valenzuela, looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance staff to join our team. If you have experience in quality control, production reporting, and familiarity with SAP, we would love to hear from you!

Job Description:
• As a Quality Assurance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control on the production floor, ensuring accuracy in daily production reports, and becoming a product expert in finished goods. You will work closely with other departments to maintain the highest quality standards, enter data into SAP Business One, and generate reports to monitor product quality and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality control on the production floor and monitor the overall quality of finished goods.
• Perform routine inspections and tests to verify that products meet required specifications.
• Ensure accuracy in daily production reporting and document production activities.
• Become a product expert on finished goods and assist in product development or modifications as needed.
• Enter data into computer systems, including SAP Business One, for monitoring quality metrics and production data.
• Compile and analyze quality-related data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and collaborate with production teams to resolve concerns.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Male or Female, not more than 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the paper or printing industry, or related manufacturing fields.
• Familiarity with SAP Business One is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to compile and analyze data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Offer:
• Php 18,000 - Php 20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).

Work Schedule:
•Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Valenzuela City.
