Job Description

An HR and Admin Officer manages employee records, updates databases, and provides support to the HR department. They also help ensure that HR operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Maintain employee records: Keep track of employee information, including new hires, changes, and leavers
Update databases: Update HR databases with employee information and documentation
Create guidelines: Develop guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data: Collect data for payroll preparation, such as absences, leaves, and bonuses
Publish job ads: Post job ads to help fill employee positions
Schedule interviews: Set up interviews for job candidates
Prepare reports: Create reports related to HR, such as funding applications
