Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Supervisor (Healthcare Accounts)
Location: Brgy. Poblacion, Makati
Reports To: Senior Management Team
Salary Range: PHP 20,000 basic salary, PHP 10,000 allowances
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Certification in customer service or healthcare management is a plus.

Experience:
At least 3+ years in customer service or a call center role.
Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
Previous experience in healthcare or related industries (e.g., insurance, medical billing, hospital administration) is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of healthcare operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership abilities, including team management, conflict resolution, and performance monitoring.
Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage sensitive customer issues professionally.
