Junior Technical Interviewer

Job Description:
As a Junior Technical Interviewer, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by conducting initial technical screenings for candidates applying for IT and engineering roles. This position is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields who are eager to develop expertise in technical recruitment. You will be trained to assess candidates' technical competencies and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ problem-solving skills and general technical knowledge.
Coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and key competencies needed.
Utilize structured interview techniques and assessment tools to screen candidates effectively.
Provide detailed feedback on candidates' performance and recommend suitable applicants for the next hiring stage.
Maintain accurate interview records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on technical hiring trends and basic IT-related knowledge to improve assessment capabilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
No prior experience required, but internship or academic exposure to recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment workflows, and interview techniques.
Willingness to learn and gain a basic understanding of IT-related roles and technical concepts.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus):
Familiarity with technical roles such as software development, IT support, or engineering.
