Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and personal development plans.
• Organize training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
• Assist in designing and executing employee retention strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR executive or HR management role.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
• Experience with payroll systems and employee benefits management
• Familiarity with labor laws in the Philippines.
