Job Description
PROJECT SITE NEW CLARK PORT PAMPANGA
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid professional certification.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural engineering principles, and material specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and other engineering software.
• Familiarity with local building codes, DPWH standards, and engineering practices.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, consultants to address construction challenges.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on construction materials and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to construction methods, materials, and design execution.
• Prepare and update work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
