Job Description
10+ years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, and infrastructure project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural engineering principles, and material specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and other engineering software.
Familiarity with local building codes, DPWH standards, and engineering practices.
Oversee day-to-day site operations.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, project managers, and consultants to address construction challenges.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on construction materials and workmanship.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to construction methods, materials, and design execution.
Prepare and update work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
