Job Description

As a B2B Appointment Setter within our in-house team, your primary responsibility is to identify potential business partners and schedule appointments with decision-makers. You will play a crucial role in building strategic relationships by initiating contact, presenting the company’s offerings, and securing meetings to explore partnership opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential business partners.
Research and identify companies and individuals that align with the company’s goals.
Present the value proposition of the business to potential partners in a compelling manner.
Set up appointments or meetings with decision-makers to discuss potential collaborations.
Manage and update spreadsheets with contact details, call notes, and status updates.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Work closely with the General Manager to align strategies and ensure lead quality.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor to represent the company effectively.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a B2B appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or email.
Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
Strong research skills to identify potential partners and gather relevant information.
Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain persistent.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is a plus.

Preferred:
Experience in identifying and engaging potential business partners.
Background in B2B sales or marketing with a focus on appointment setting.
Knowledge of the target industry or market is an advantage.
