Job Description
• Hybrid: Makati City
• Full-Time
• Night Shift (US Business Hours)
Experience: 1-3 years in recruiting (US Market), (Preferred Industries: Tech, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Aerospace, or FinTec).
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a US Recruiter, ideally with 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the talent landscape within the specified industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
