Job Description
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management preferably with Professional Licensure
• Minimum of three (3) years extensive work experience as HR Professional specializing in Labor/Employee Relations and Engagement in manufacturing/retail/trading firms
JOB DESCRIPTION:
o Records and monitors all Incident Violation Reports (IVRs) received from employees.
o Issues Notice of Administrative Hearing to alleged subject employees and to the relevant members of the Ethics Committee for major offense.
o Serves as the Minutes Taker during Administrative Hearings and ensures that all notified attendees are present.
o Prepares all the Employee Engagement Activities such as scheduling and notification of participants, coordination with external service providers for preparation of resources and logistics needed
o Prepares the Acceptance of Resignation for exiting employees including Turnover List and Exit Interview Form.
o Files all Performance Evaluation and Improvement related documents and records in the 201 file.
• Oral and Written Communication – Can converse effectively with people in different levels of the organization and can convey his message clearly through appropriate writing techniques and tools. It also includes effective negotiation, presentation and facilitation of trainings/seminars and discussions to all levels of the organization.
