Job Summary
As an Accountant, you will oversee key accounting functions, from managing financial reports to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to efficient operations through inventory forecasting, payroll processing, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities
-Sales and Inventory Management
-Forecast monthly customer sales orders and inventory reorder points.
-Process all sales orders in the Sales & Inventory System (SIS), including issuing Sales Invoices, recording sales, and preparing monthly sales reports.
-Ensure the completeness of machine documentation for sales (Certificates, MOA, etc.).
Tax Compliance
-Prepare and file all BIR-mandated reports and requirements promptly, including supporting documents (e.g., Alphalist, email confirmations, remittances).
Accounts Receivable
-Monitor and record customer collections.
Follow up on due accounts, manage deposits, and track aging of accounts receivable.
System Administration
-Act as the system administrator for the Sales & Inventory System, adding and updating line items as required.
Payroll Management
-Prepare and process employee payrolls, including:
-Generating DTRs.
-Verifying employee deductions.
-Calculating 13th-month pay.
-Uploading payroll for online banking and approval.
Check Management
-Serve as the custodian of unreleased checks, ensuring timely release based on the payment schedule.
Financial Reporting
-Prepare and submit all accounting and management reports on time, including Financial Reports.
Additional Responsibilities
-Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or management as needed.
-Responsibilities may evolve based on organizational requirements.
Compensation
Base Salary: Php 20,000
Allowances: Php 10,000
