Job Description

Manages the day-to-day operations of a human resources department. They are responsible for employee management, including recruitment, performance management, and benefits. HR generalists also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Employee management: Manage the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Performance management: Create performance management plans, including goal setting and performance appraisals
Training: Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions
Employee relations: Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment
Documentation: Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Communications: Create and distribute internal communications
Skills Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Interpersonal skills, Ability to build relationships, and Ability to handle confidential information.
SALARY RANGE: 20,000
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Fri 8am to 5pm | Saturday 8am to 3pm po
