Job Description

The Workforce Services Manager oversees Workforce Management (WFM), AP, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams, ensuring cost efficiency, budget management, operational excellence, and contract fulfillment.

Responsibilities:
Manage WFM AP and QA budgets to meet financial targets.
Support sales efforts by assisting with RFPs, demos, and pricing strategies.
Expand WFM AP and QA services into new contracts.
Ensure successful contract delivery and adherence to SLAs.
Optimize cost-to-serve and expand shared services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
8-12 years of Workforce Management experience.
5+ years of leadership experience, including team development.
Expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and resource optimization.
