Job Description

Modernbrands, a leading provider of luxury furniture for Italian kitchen cabinets, Italian wardrobes, walk-in closets, sliding doors, flooring, and furniture in Manila, is currently seeking a talented and motivated ADMIN SUPERVISOR to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

- Ensures that the Vision, Mission, Goals and Targets of the Company and Top Management are effectively communicated and carried out to all employees.
- Ensures that the Company’s Values are uphold and influence staff members to align with it
- Work closely with Top Management and management team to formulate strategic plans to reach Company annual targets and recommend policies and procedures to improve operations.

Operations

- Ensures that the Company’s revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
- Forecast Annual budget and target, schedule of expenses, analyze variances and initiate corrective action
- Supervises everyday work of departments under Operations Group (Admin & Logistics)

Administrative

- Prepares monthly reports in-time for Management Committee Meetings
- Ensures deliverables of the Operations team are on-time, correct and complete. This may include the following but is not limited to - Financial Statements, Government Permits and Reports.
- Generates accurate and on-time quotations for sales.
- Process all government and other legal matters of the Company – BIR, SEC Registration, Car Insurance, Liberty Insurance, and Business permit renewals, etc.
- Responsible for Asset Management, tagging and monitor movement and updates inventory of all assets of the Company.
- Ensures that all utilities of the company (ex. water, electricity, mobile plans, and internet) are working properly and monthly bills are received and paid on time.
- Process all requisition of supplies, equipment, marketing collaterals, etc from all departments.
- Negotiates for the best price and solution for the Company with any supplier, lessor or service provider.

Job Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any field.
- At least 4 years’ experience as Admin Office/Admin Head/Admin Supervisor/Admin Team Lead or equivalent.
- Proven knowledge on operations management, operating standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
- Background in furniture or interior design industry is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, business correspondence and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel to different business locations.
