Job Description
Location: Makati City, Philippines
Salary Range: Php 25,000 - 30,000 per month (starting salary) + performance-based incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a CEO. This critical role involves managing the CEO’s paperwork, business affairs, communications, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage paperwork, documentation, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate records.
2. Communication Management:
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Communicate on behalf of the CEO with internal and external parties.
3. Travel Coordination:
- Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
4. Meeting & Event Planning:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
5. Business Operations:
- Assist in managing business ventures, conduct research, and liaise with clients/partners/vendors.
6. Efficiency Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and anticipate the CEO's needs.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Any bachelor’s degree, preferably graduated with Latin honors.
Experience: Executive Assistant or similar administrative role experience is an advantage but not required.
Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional appearance.
