Ware House Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities
> responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations
> monitor the productivity of its staff
> Receive and dispatch goods
> Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
> Communicate with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems
> Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
> Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
> Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery
> Ensures no claims such as but not limited to inventory variances, stock damages and expired stocks.

Qualifications:
> Male not more than 50 years old.
> At least 3 years work experience in warehouse and logistics background
> Computer literate. Must be familiar with Google sheets and Microsoft Excel.
> Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment.
> Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday.
> Attention to details and good inventory skills.
> Must be willing to be trained on using SAP

offer training rate of 550/day. As soon as employee familiarized with the work required and is able to deliver as expected, we will increase the salary to minimum wage. Regularization is 6 months but minimum wage can be implemented even if not yet regular as long as he is able to deliver.
