Job Description

-Bachelor's degree in information technology or any related courses
-Experience at least 3 years with the same role
-Expose in Unix, SQL, Dynatrace
-Provide L2-L3 support for critical applications, ensuring their stability and performance.
-Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SLAs, escalating to development teams when necessary
-Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective resolution of problems.
-Participate in change and release management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
-Utilize monitoring tools like Dynatrace to proactively identify and resolve potential system issues.
-Create and maintain reports on application and system performance.
-Can work onsite in Manila
