Job Description

**Job Summary:**
The IT Support Staff is responsible for maintaining and improving the organization's IT systems and infrastructure to support business-critical operations. This role ensures seamless functionality of operating systems, hardware, software, and networks while providing technical support to end-users. The IT Support Staff will also implement system upgrades, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure employees are trained in the effective use of IT tools.

### **Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and troubleshoot operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and provide support for workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
- Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, and testing.
- Handle business-critical tasks such as system upgrades and performance troubleshooting.
- Identify vulnerabilities in IT systems, enhance efficiency, and improve system accuracy.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging hardware and software technologies.
- Set up and manage advanced network firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
- Train employees in the proper use of IT software and hardware.
- Provide technical support, resolve system issues, and document resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of company information.

### **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
- Proficient in operating systems, enterprise backup/recovery procedures, and system performance tools.
- In-depth knowledge of wireless networks, structured cabling, and telecom systems (e.g., panels, switches, cameras, and access points).
- Familiarity with widely used applications, including Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with video conferencing systems and common hardware devices such as smartphones and tablets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work overtime and adjust to flexible schedules when necessary.
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
Salary:
22.000,00 ₱ Monthly
