Job Description
We are seeking driven and technically-inclined IT Service Desk Associates to join our dynamic team at The H!RD Corp. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will have you providing frontline IT support and troubleshooting for our diverse client base, ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
• Respond to and resolve incoming IT support requests from clients via phone, email, and online ticketing systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Provide step-by-step guidance and support to end-users to help restore normal operations
• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and resolution
• Collaborate with other IT staff to identify and implement improvements to support processes and tools
What we're looking for
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT helpdesk or service desk role, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality support to users
• Working knowledge of common hardware, software, and network technologies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
• Customer-service oriented mindset with a keen focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
