Job Description
1. Initiate outbound B2B or B2C sales calls to prospective clients within the loans industry.
2. Deliver compelling loan product presentations, effectively communicating the loan offerings' benefits, terms, and flexibility.
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with leads to guide them through the sales process.
4. Close deals by addressing client needs and presenting customized solutions.
5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and enhance customer acquisition.
7. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Job Highlights:
Monthly Salary: ₱20,000 - ₱30,000
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Mon-Fri, 9 PM to 6 AM Manila time)
Work Setup: Office-based
Sign-on Bonus: ₱20,000
Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday
