Sales Specialist - Dairy Product (47052) - Sta. Rosa Laguna

Required Experience
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or Food Technology or any related business course.
• With at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Specialist in the Food / Dairy Product industry.
• Proven working experience as a business development executive, technical sales executive or a relevant role in the food industry.
• Proven sales track record in the food and beverage sector specifically in food manufacturing or commissaries
• Experience in Ice Cream Production or Dry Blending is a PLUS!
• Knowledgeable in market research and analysis; prepares research-based reports and sales forecasts.
• Must have the ability to build good working relationships and good communication and negotiation between internal and external partners and customers.
• Must have the ability to create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
• Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
