Waiter/Waitress

Hilton Manila is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing outstanding service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Adhere to hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with special events and promotions as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary or hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in food and beverage service protocols and knowledge of menu items.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or heavy items.
