Full time Office based HR Generalist

Job Description: HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to integrate them into the organization.
Employee Relations:

Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive workplace culture through communication and engagement strategies.
Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Process employee documentation, such as contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Oversee payroll preparation, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
Performance Management:

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
Recommend strategies for employee improvement and recognition.
Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.
Manage audits related to HR processes and ensure proper documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:

Assist in the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Address employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and other compensation matters.
HR Metrics and Reporting:

Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
Generate reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
Other Duties:

Assist in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Provide support during disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). We are using Sprout software
Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
