Job Description
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of job descriptions and advertisements.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Promote a positive workplace environment and assist in conflict resolution.
Support managers in handling employee issues, including performance concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and retirement plans.
Keep track of employee attendance and leave records.
Training and Development:
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Maintain records of employee training and certifications.
Help identify and address skill gaps within the workforce.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and handle administrative tasks related to employment contracts, leave, and other documentation.
Update and implement company policies as necessary to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Performance Management:
Support the performance review process by assisting managers in evaluating employee performance.
Help coordinate goal-setting, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
Maintain performance-related documentation and follow up on performance issues as required.
HR Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and maintain various HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and performance metrics.
Assist in preparing reports for management review and strategic decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
