Job Description
1. Recruitment: The HR officer actively seeks out and attracts top talent, conducting interviews, and making sure the organization hires individuals who fit both the role and company culture.

3. Payroll Management: Ensuring employees are compensated correctly and on time, the HR officer manages payroll processing and addresses any payroll-related concerns or discrepancies.
4. Benefits Administration: The HR officer oversees the management of employee benefits, including retirement plans and healthcare options, ensuring that employees have access to the necessary resources to support their well-being.
5. Onboarding: They create a welcoming environment for new employees by providing an effective onboarding experience that helps them integrate smoothly into the company culture and begin their role successfully.
6. Compliance and Legal Requirements: The HR officer ensures that the organization follows all workplace regulations and safety standards, safeguarding both the company and employees from legal issues.
7. Policy Development and Maintenance: They help craft and update personnel policies, ensuring they align with the company’s values and legal requirements, and are effectively communicated to employees.
