Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

Graduate of any four (4) year course; Bachelor's degree preferably in human resources, business administration, psychology, or behavioral science
Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
High communication and presentation skills
Mentally and physically fit
Good mental and analytical ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HR functions, and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Knowledgeable with the employment standards and all related updates
Can effectively collaborate with all employees, from Management to rank and file
With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience, as an HR generalist or HR staff
3. AUTHORITY
a. Authorized to return incomplete Manpower Request Form to requesting Department Manager/Supervisor. b. Authorized to issue an Incident Report to a non-conforming employee.
4. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Responsible for facilitating manpower sourcing and recruitment (pooling, interviews, pre-employment examination, and medical b. examination, conducting background investigation if needed, validating submitted pre-employment documents and deployment)
c. Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation, and endorsement to the requesting section.
d. Register new employees with SSS, BIR, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig Fund.
e. Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records (i.e. Leave Card, Overtime Request, and Change Shift).
f. Consolidate time report, and update manpower list for monthly reporting purposes.
g. Issuance of Company ID, Zone Pass, PEZA stickers, and appropriate PPES for operators and update file.
