Job Description
experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll processing.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
