Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to promote skincare products effectively and contribute insights to align trade initiatives with overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns aimed at boosting product visibility and sales.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional activities, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Support the development and implementation of visual merchandising guidelines for skincare products in retail outlets and ensure that merchandising displays align with brand standards and guidelines.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the skincare sector and provide insights to inform trade marketing strategies and identify market opportunities.
- Assist in managing the trade marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to align trade marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
- Provide support and resources to the sales teams for effective execution at the retail level.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to assess the impact of trade marketing activities and generate regular reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for sales teams and retail partners on skincare product features, benefits, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of product displays and promotional materials.
- Propose and implement innovative trade marketing initiatives to differentiate the skincare brand in the market.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to incorporate into trade marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, trade, and category experience in the FMCG sector.
- Category and space management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools.
- A good team player.
