Computer Graphics Inc., founded in 1989, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Staff to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting the company’s Managed Print Services (MPS) and Printer Leasing solutions.
Key Task and Responsibilities, include all of the following:
• Sales Target Achievement and Revenue Growth:
o Aim to meet monthly sales revenue targets and contribute to the overall annual revenue goal through MPS contracts and printer leasing agreements (exact amounts to be agreed upon).
o Secure at least 3 new accounts per month through a mix of MPS contracts and printer leasing agreements (exact amounts to be agreed upon).
o Work towards achieving quarterly sales milestones to ensure steady progress and growth.
• Lead Generation and Sales Prospecting:
o Identify and qualify prospective customers (targeting 5–15 leads per day) using proactive strategies such as research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
o Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, moving them through the sales funnel from initial contact to contract closure.
o Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the client base and generate new business opportunities.
• Targeted Outreach to Key Industries:
o Focus on engaging businesses across key industries (Advertising, Retail, Healthcare, etc.) by promoting MPS and Printer Leasing services tailored to their unique needs.
o Position the company’s solutions as cost-effective, scalable, and eco-friendly alternatives that solve specific client challenges.
• Product Knowledge and Client Solutions:
o Develop a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by the company to address client needs effectively.
o Conduct client visits and on-site assessments four (4) times a week to evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored MPS and printer leasing solutions
• Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:
o Prepare and submit detailed and competitive proposals/quotations for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and budget.
o Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
• Product Demonstrations and Presentations:
o Deliver impactful product demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and value of MPS and printer leasing solutions.
o Customize presentations to meet the unique needs of each client, showcasing how the company's services can improve their operations.
• Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:
o Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, product features, pricing, availability, and other relevant concerns promptly and professionally.
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and retention.
o Follow up with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Sales Reporting and Management:
o Update and maintain accurate client records in the company system, tracking all sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
o Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to leadership, tracking progress toward sales targets and providing insights into sales performance and pipeline health.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
o Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a high-quality customer experience.
o Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to help refine the company’s offerings and strategies.
• Referral Programs and Networking:
o Leverage existing customers and business partners for referrals, expanding the client base through trusted recommendations.
o Build brand awareness and identify new business opportunities by actively participating in industry events and networking activities.
• Promotions and Client Acquisition Campaigns:
o Drive promotional campaigns, including introductory discounts, trial periods, and free print audits to attract early adopters and demonstrate value to prospects.
o Convert prospects into long-term clients by helping them realize the cost-saving benefits of switching to managed print services.
• Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
o Continuously monitor the market and competitor landscape to stay informed about industry trends, pricing models, and emerging technologies.
o Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Client Success and Retention:
o Ensure that new clients are fully onboarded, and their printing needs are met efficiently.
o Proactively identify opportunities to optimize printing solutions and drive long-term client engagement, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Field Operations:
o Conduct client visits and perform on-site assessments to understand client needs better and customize solutions accordingly.
• Administrative and Support Tasks:
o Prepare and manage sales documents, contracts, invoices, and quotations to support sales activities.
o Proactively respond to assigned tasks and special projects to contribute to overall team objectives.
• Problem Resolution:
o Address customer complaints and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills:
