Job Description

Job summary/objec9ve:
Responsible for suppor%ng the accoun%ng department in managing financial records, preparing
reports, and ensuring compliance with accoun%ng principles and regula%ons. Assis%ng with the
day-to-day accoun%ng opera%ons of the company. Daily accoun%ng tasks, keeping track and
recording all transac%ons within a company, and upda%ng expense files. Maintaining a healthy
financial profile and ensuring mandated compliance with the rules and regula%ons.

Responsibili9es & du9es:

1. Financial Transac9ons:

• Record daily financial transac%ons, including purchases, liquida%ons, and other receipts-
related works.

2. Financial Repor9ng:
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintaining financial reports, and records, and upda%ng general ledger accounts.
• Responsible for all files being kept in a systema%c way for easy access and reference by
the Management.
• Responding to informa%on requests and assis%ng with audits.
3. Reconcilia9on:
• Assist in reconciling discrepancies by collec%ng and analyzing account informa%on.
4. Payroll Support:
• Assist in processing payroll (monthly, bi-monthly, and weekly for office and site), and
ensuring accurate and %mely salary payments.
• Maintain payroll records and handles payroll-related inquiries.

5. Budge9ng and Forecas9ng:
• Assist in the prepara%on of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and Report on budget variances.
6. Administra9ve Support:
• Provide administra%ve support to higher directors.
• Develop & maintain a filing system for the relevant documents.
• Mee%ng processing and repor%ng deadlines.
• Responsible for the prepara%on of client’s accredita%on requirements and
documenta%on.
• Run errands such as bill payments and related bank transac%ons as needed.
• Assist with other tasks that Management may assign as needed.

Skills/aOributes required:
• PC literacy and experience with MS Office Suite including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, and Accoun%ng SoQware
• Good communica%on skills, both wriSen and verbal.
• Strong numeracy and analy%cal skills
• Good problem-solving and %me-management skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Qualifica9ons/experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree in accoun%ng or finance required.
• At least 1 year of accoun%ng experience.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accoun%ng payables/receivable principles.

Star9ng Offer: Php 20,000.00
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
