Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
At least 1 year of experience in general accounting
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payables/receivable principles.
PC literacy and experience with MS Office Suite including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, and Accounting Software
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Good problem-solving and management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Transactions:
Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, liquidations, and other receipts-related works.
2. Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintaining financial reports, and records, and updating general ledger accounts.
Responsible for all files being kept in a systematic way for easy access and reference by the Management.
Responding to information requests and assisting with audits.
3. Reconciliation:
Assist in reconciling discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
4. Payroll Support:
Assist in processing payroll (monthly, bi-monthly, and weekly for office and site), and ensuring accurate salary payments.
Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and Report on budget variances.
6. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to higher directors.
Develop & maintain a filing system for the relevant documents.
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Responsible for the preparation of client’s accreditation requirements and
documentation.
Run errands such as bill payments and related bank transactions as needed.
Assist with other tasks that Management may assign as needed.
