Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets for a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, ranges, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
Product Knowledge:
Possess a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate value to clients.
Proposal Development:
Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and quotes that address client requirements and highlight the advantages of our products and services.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate effectively with clients to secure profitable deals and build long-term partnerships.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the service and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry.
Strong understanding of the commercial food service market and its key players.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
